Profiles sought
We are looking for experienced professionals who are passionate about sharing knowledge and capable of delivering training that combines technical expertise, teaching skills and professional practice.
Required conditions and skills
To join our team of trainers, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Provide evidence of at least five (05) years' professional experience in a position of responsibility within a company or organisation.
Hold a minimum BAC+3 or BAC+4 qualification in the relevant specialism.
Have significant experience in both operational and functional roles.
Master the practices, methods and tools related to one's area of expertise.
Demonstrate teaching, communication and group facilitation skills.
Be available to deliver the assigned training modules according to the established schedule.
